Johnson City Plumber is operated by Hometown Bookings. Contact: privacy@hometownbookings.com.
Johnson City Plumber is a local referral line, not a plumbing company. This page explains what we collect when you use this website or call the number on it.
What we collect
- Your phone number. The number you call from, or the number you type into the call-back form.
- What you tell us. The problem you describe in the form, and anything you say on a call or leave in a voicemail.
- Call recordings and transcripts. Calls and voicemails may be recorded. We turn recordings into text and a one-line summary so the request can be passed on.
- Basic page analytics. The page you visited, the site you came from, any ad or campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or gclid), and a random session ID made in your browser. The session ID is not linked to your name or number.
- Your IP address. We use it to limit abuse, such as repeated form submissions.
Why we collect it
To connect you with a plumber, to place the call-back you ask for, to keep a record of each request, to stop spam, and to see which pages and ads lead to calls.
Who receives it
- The plumbing company your request is passed to. They get your phone number, what you told us, and the recording or transcript if there is one.
- Our service providers. Twilio (phone calls and recordings), Supabase (our database), Vercel (website hosting) and OpenRouter (turning recordings into text and summaries). They handle data for us and for no other purpose of their own.
How long we keep it
12 months. After that we delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, so there is no cookie banner. Your browser's session storage holds ad and campaign tags for as long as the tab is open. Closing the tab clears them.
Call-back calls
If you tap "Call me back", you agree to one automated call to the number you entered. We store the wording you agreed to and the time. You don't have to agree to get help; you can call us instead.
Asking us to delete your data
Email privacy@hometownbookings.com from any address and tell us the phone number you used. We'll delete what we hold for that number, except where the law requires us to keep it. We'll ask the plumbing company we passed your request to to delete theirs, but we can't control what they keep.
