We are a referral line
Johnson City Plumber is not a plumbing company, a contractor or a repair service. We take your call or request and pass it to an independent plumber. We don't do plumbing work and we don't supervise it.
Prices and scheduling
The plumbing company sets its own prices, service fees, arrival times and terms. Agree on those with them before work starts. We don't set or guarantee any of it.
No warranty on the work
We make no promise about the quality, safety, timing or outcome of any work done by a plumbing company. Any warranty comes from that company, in writing. Before work starts, you can ask them for their license number, proof of insurance and a written estimate.
Emergencies
If anyone is hurt, there is a fire, or you smell gas, call 911 first. This line is not an emergency service.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to and from our number may be recorded, and you'll hear a notice on the call. See the privacy policy for what we do with recordings.
Call-back requests
If you tap "Call me back", you agree to one automated call to the number you entered, about your request. You don't have to; you can call us instead.
